Temperatures stay above normal for our final days of summer

Thursday may start foggy but plentiful sunshine is expected in the afternoon. Temperatures will top out in the 70s. Occasional spotty showers are possible Thursday night, Friday, and into Saturday though much of the time will remain dry.

High pressure keeps our weather quiet Sunday through Wednesday of next week and we could be setting some new high-temperature records for mid-September. The full Harvest Moon is Monday 9/20 and the Autumnal Equinox is Wednesday, 9/22.
