CENTRAL NEW YORK (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – Low temperatures will be in the 60s Wednesday night with showers and thunderstorms.

High temperatures Thursday will be in the 70s and 80s with some thunderstorms possible during the morning hours. We get some drier time during the afternoon hours before a second wave of thunderstorms move in during the evening hours. We are in a level three out of five risk for severe weather (an enhanced risk) which means we can see gusty winds, downpours, hail, and a small chance for tornadoes.

We dry out throughout the night into Friday with a chance to see some isolated rain showers there.
