Scattered Showers Friday; Rain Changing to Snow

(11/21/19)  Scattered rain showers turn to snow before ending Friday

Thursday, November 21, 2019 (UTICA) – Scattered showers continue off and on through Thursday night and into Friday. Temperatures will rise to the mid-40s by daybreak Friday. Then a cold front will move through in the morning and as temperatures plummet rain showers will turn over to snow showers as the storm gradually ends.

This weekend a storm system will be passing to our south and we may get clipped by its northern side. This would mean some rain/snow showers Saturday night and Sunday. Then lake effect snow possible late Sunday into Sunday night.

Next week starts quiet and seasonable with highs in the low to mid-40s. Showers possible Tuesday night into Wednesday. Showers may linger into Thursday (Thanksgiving) as well.
