Big improvements weather-wise for Saturday but rain returns for the end of the weekend.
Friday May 15, 2020 (UTICA) – The severe weather from today has winded down and we are looking at a dry and calm night. Temperatures will get down into the upper 40’s to around 50.
A seasonable and dry day for Saturday. Temperatures will reach the mid to upper 60’s. A storm system that has the potential to bring flooding rains to the area will move in later Sunday into early Monday morning. There is still some uncertainty with the models as to how much rain we will receive but it does look like a significant rainfall is likely.
Rain will continue into Monday and even the early part of Tuesday. Temperatures will be below average both of these days. The rest of the week looks to feature mostly sunny skies and mild temperatures in the low to mid 70’s.
