Few Thunderstorms Saturday, Roller Coaster of Temperatures Next Week

Weather

Temperatures are expected to top out in the low to mid-80s both days this weekend. Dew point temperatures in the 60s will make for a muggy feel to the air. A few, isolated thunderstorms are possible on Saturday and severe thunderstorms could develop. Damaging winds and small hail are possible with severe thunderstorms. Quiet weather with mostly sunny skies is expected on Sunday.

The Summer Solstice falls on Sunday, June 20th, the same day as Father’s Day this year. It will be the longest day of the year with 15 hours and 22 minutes of daylight.

We will be riding the temperature roller coaster next week going from low 90s on Monday to 60s and raining on Tuesday. Temperatures will bounce back through, near 80 again by Thursday.
