Few showers Tuesday followed by unseasonable warmup


A near-stationary low-pressure system will continue to impact NY on Monday night and Tuesday in the form of mainly light, scattered rain showers. High temperatures will fall in the low to mid-60s on Tuesday afternoon.

Wednesday may start with clouds and some drizzle but will give way to a quiet afternoon with more and more sunshine. Temperatures will be milder with highs in the 60s and low 70s. Thursday and Friday are even warmer with mid-70s possible, nearing record highs for this time of year.
