Thursday, Oct. 3 (UTICA) – A few showers may linger first thing Friday morning but we’ll be dry by midday then see clearing skies in the afternoon. Though temperatures will be a few degrees warmer than Thursday, stronger winds will make it feel just as cold despite the sun later in the day.

The first freeze of the season will occur Friday night so a frosty start to the day on Saturday. Plentiful sunshine Saturday afternoon with temperatures around 60°.

Showers will move in Sunday and continue overnight and into the day on Monday. Rain may be heavy at times Sunday night and Monday. Temperatures will be back to normal Sunday (mid-60s) and will be at or slightly below for the remainder of next week.
