Cooling back down, frosty nights ahead

A cold front passes through Thursday night into early Friday with some scattered showers. In its wake, temperatures will struggle to rise on Friday with cold air pouring in. Highs will only be in the 40s to low 50s at best.

The weekend ahead will be chilly, falling into the mid-30s at night which means frost is possible, even in valleys. Temperatures will reach the low to mid-50s in the afternoons and a few light, scattered showers are possible both days though much of the weekend ends up dry.

Next week’s forecast remains highly uncertain at this time. As of now, we have low chances for showers and normal late-October temperatures are expected.
