Winston’s Sentencing Delayed


Possible New Evidence in Murder Case

An advancement in the case of Raekwon Winston of Utica Wednesday morning. The 23-year-old was found guilty of second degree murder and 2 counts of criminal possession of a weapon. Winston was accused of killing homeless man, Larry Edwards, in his car back in May 2016. Winston was scheduled for sentencing today, but was adjourned to a later date. Eyewitness news Reporter Jenn Seelig was in the courtroom and she shows us why the adjournment.
