Tyus Battle’s time with Syracuse is reportedly over.
He’s leaving the Orange in order to declare for the upcoming NBA draft, according to reports.
“Every time I play in this uniform, it’s amazing,” Battle said following Syracuse’s opening round loss to Baylor. “The community and the people are amazing. It’s really just a family atmosphere and I love it here.”
Battle led the Orange this past season averaging 17.2 points per game. He finishes his Syracuse career 16th on the school’s all-time scoring list with 1,647 points.
Mock drafts for Battle range from him going in the second round to being undrafted.
