UTICA, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) -The Utica University women’s basketball team came into Wednesday night’s matchup with the SUNY Delhi Broncos on a two-game winning streak, but both of those victories, over RPI and Alfred State, had come on the road.

For the first time in the 2022-23 season, the Pioneers had the chance to show out in front of their home crowd and on Faculty/Staff Appreciation Night, they did just that, holding Delhi to six total second-half points and getting the win in their first home contest of the year, 89-30.
