UTICA, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – SUNY Poly hosted Utica University in men’s basketball on Monday evening, but it was the Pioneers who left with a “W,” turning a 44-29 halftime lead into a 90-53 final score, and moving to 2-0 overall on the back of Justice Brantley’s 19-point, 14-rebound double-double.

The Wildcats drop to 2-3, their third loss in a row, and will head to the capital region for a tournament hosted by the Union Dutchman on Saturday trying to right the ship.
