UTICA, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – The Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) announced its league schedule for the 2022-23 season, and Utica City FC will play 24 games total starting on December 3rd with a road trip to the division rival Baltimore Blast.

The team will then play one more game on the road before returning to the Adirondack Bank Center for its home opener on Sunday, December 11th as they host the Harrisburg Heat at 3 pm.

The league is structured differently this year compared to last, with the teams split into two conferences, Eastern and Western, as opposed to three divisions East, West, and Central, as they were in 2021-22.

This does mean additional trips of an extended distance for the franchise, they’ll have to travel Milwaukee twice in the upcoming year, once on the final day of 2022 and then again on the 5th of February, along with an out-of-conference, and out-of-country, a road trip to Chihuahua and Monterrey, Mexico during the first week of March.
