LITTLE FALLS, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – After earning a bye past the Opening Round of the Section III Class C baseball tournament, the Little Falls Mounties used that break to their advantage in defeating the Cooperstown Hawkeyes by a final score of 17-3 on Tuesday evening.

With the win they move on to the Class C Quarterfinals, the third-seeded squad hosting sixth seeded LaFayette, the Lancers needing an extra inning to defeat Pulaski in their First Round game.
