HOLLAND PATENT (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – From first pitch the Camden softball team was hitting the ball hard, scoring three runs in the first inning including a Kendall Musch inside-the-park homerun. The Blue Devils tacked on another seven in the second, one in the third, twelve in the fourth and two in the fifth while only allowing a first-inning run to the Golden Knights to finish with a 26-1 Tri-Valley League victory.
Camden with the win moves to 4-0 on the year with an impressive resume of two out-of-state Class AA equivalent victories and a win over Oneida along with their triumph on Thursday. They’ll play New Hartford in another TVL game on Friday night.
