Notre Dame’s Zach Brush will get the chance to continue his baseball career once his days with the Jugglers are over.
This past November, Brush announced his commitment to play college baseball at Division II Le Moyne located in Syracuse.
“They have a good program up there and I thought it fit well for me,” Brush said. “It was very exciting and I’m looking forward to moving on to the next level. I think Notre Dame prepared me very well for that.”
Brush joined the Notre Dame varsity baseball team as a ninth grader. Last season, he hit .404 on his way to receiving First Team Tri-Valley League honors.
“(Zach) deserves everything he gets,” Notre Dame head coach Carl Manganaro said. “He works hard, he’s dedicated and he’s just a great kid.”
