FRANKFORT, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – Bargain hunters will be flocking to the Herkimer County Fairgrounds on Saturday, June 3 for the tenth edition of the World’s Largest Yard Sale.
The yard sale – which will help support various local charities – will feature everything from crafts to flea markets. A variety of food vendors will also be in attendance, as well as over 300 other vendors.
Proceeds from the event will benefit:
- The Knights of Saint John in Utica,
- Local Boy and Girl Scout troops, and
- The Frankfort Fire Department.
Jerry Dee and The Dovetones, a local band from the area, will also be in attendance. The band covers a variety of hits from the 1920s through the 1960s. They also perform a variety of different musical genres, from Jazz to Ska to Bluegrass.
Shopping hours are from 8:00 am to 3:00 PM at the Herkimer County Fairgrounds in Frankfort.
