Utica Responds To Hospital Environmental Study

The projects State Environmental Quality Review Process lead agency is the City Planning board, which decided last week the mitigation methods that need to be addressed before, during and after construction. The finding statement is 47 pages in length, and are broken down into categories such as disruption of transportation, soil and sewers, and gas and electric installation. The findings statement says the city will recieve around 100-200 thousand dollars more annually in real property taxes. Eyewitness News reporter Ben Dennis brings us more.
