Utica Firefighter Gives DNA Sample

News

A Utica Fire Fighter complied with a court order and gave a DNA sample on Thursday. The sample was ordered by Oneida County Court Judge Michael Dwyer as part of the investigation into an incident earlier this year at a Utica fire house. In that incident, a female fire fighter found semen on her civilian clothes at the end of her shift. The male fireman had appealed the Dwyer ruling, but that appeal was denied. No charges have been filed in the case.
