UPDATE: The MVHS Vaccination POD Moved to Thursday, Feb 25th

4:15 pm UTICA, N.Y. – The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) has received its shipment of vaccines that were significantly delayed due to adverse winter weather. Now that the vaccines have been received, MVHS will open its COVID-19 Vaccine POD, located at 1710 Burrstone Road, on Thursday, February 25, 2021, for those who were initially scheduled for Thursday, February 18, 2021 (and then rescheduled to Monday, February 22). Appointment times will transfer to the new date and remain the same. Those with appointments have been contacted via email with the new appointment information.

Please note, MVHS does NOT have any new vaccine appointments at this time. Please continue to check the Mohawk Valley Regional Vaccination Network website, mvhealthsystem.org/vaccine-network, for available appointments as well as other vaccine-related information.


7:00am UTICA, N.Y. – The shipment of vaccines designated for the MVHS COVID-19 Vaccine POD, 1710 Burrstone Road, has continued to experience delays. The POD, initially scheduled for Thursday, February 18, 2021, was rescheduled to Monday, February 22, 2021, due to shipping delays caused by adverse winter weather.

Delays in this shipment continue, so the POD scheduled for today, February 22, 2021, is CANCELED and will be rescheduled once MVHS has the vaccines in-hand. Appointment times will transfer to the new date and remain the same. Those with appointments were contacted via email with the new appointment information.
