Still no sentencing in Utica 2016 murder

The Utica man accused of shooting and killing 60-year-old Larry Edwards back in 2016 was supposed to be sentenced week ago.
This morning he and his attorney appeared back in court to present new evidence to prove his innocence.

Winston was convicted of second degree murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

The judge granted to adjourn the case until September 4th to see what new evidence the defense can present.
