Still no one charged in Utica homicide case, police following leads

UTICA, NY (WUTR-TV) — Utica police say they’re following leads in an attempt to identify the person responsible for a local man’s death, last Friday evening.

Todd Rodgers, 33, was found in his car on the 100 block of James Street, after police say he drove from where he was shot on the 1600 block of Miller Street.

Rodgers died of his injures at a local hospital.

Utica police urge those with knowledge surrounding the Nov. 22 incident to contact investigators via the following information:
