Statute Of Limitations Could Change Under Women’s Justice Agenda

Currently in New York State, the statute of limitations for second and third degree rape is set at 5 years. Rape in the first degree has no statute of limitations. Following the 2019 Women’s Justice Agenda, those limitations for second and third degree rape could change.
