The National Grid contractor is still working to relocate utilities, which is slated to be complete on May 1st. However, more detours are on the way for Oriskany Boulevard. Congestion through the area starting in mid to late April will be greater than it is now. The Department of Transportation is urging drivers, if possible, to avoid that area.
