ROME, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY-TV) – The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has arrested a Remsen man for inappropriate contact with a minor.
On July 19th, 40-year-old Rickey Belcamino was arrested by Officers of the OCSO and UPD assigned to the Child Advocacy Center and was charged with the following:
- One count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor)
Belcamino taken into custody and issued an appearance ticket for the City of Rome Court at-a-later-date and time.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim and services are being offered to the child by Oswego County Child Protective Services and the Oswego County Child Advocacy Center.
