New York State announces camping incentive

Regional News

NEW YORK STATE (WSYR-TV) — Our sister station in Syracuse reports that New York State’s Parks and Recreation Department announced the first-ever camper reward program for overnight stays at state campgrounds.

You can earn points for every dollar spent on overnight accommodations, and redeem the points toward use fees on future stays.

Points will be given once the visit is over, so campers can earn them on new or already-booked reservations.
