Although it’s being reported that the State Fair’sattendance is down this year, officials from Oneida County Tourism says it’sbeen a strong summer season for Central New York.
Many businesses and attractions say they’ve been having anup-season. And more people are traveling farther.
As some wrapped up their last summer vacation this Labor Dayweekend, they’re now focusing their attention on the next season.
“Fall is a great time. One of the highlights is theleaf peeping. One of our staff members sends reports of how are leaves areturning to I LOVE NY so we are included in that,” said Kelly Blazosky,President of Oneida County Tourism.
