Oneida County Children Sexually Exploited; Can Anything be Done to Prevent This Abuse?


UTICA–Exclusive details shared with Eyewitness News indicate 13 to 16-year-old girls in and around Utica were sexually exploited, according to investigations by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

The OCCAC says they handled 83 cases of child exploitation in 2018–many cases involve victims who know their manipulators; some are family.
