The legal fight between the City of Utica and the Olbiston Apartments is continuing. The pair have come to an agreement. It comes as part of an amendment to a second court motion filed in State Supreme Court last week.
The first three floors of the Genesee Street building will remain open and the residents can stay.
However, those in the fourth and fifth floors will have to move into the floors that are still open.
Move dates for the residents of the 13 apartments will take place mid June through the second week of July.
