Talks About State Aid To Fight Blight

New York State Attorney General Letitia James was in Utica on Wednesday to announce a $9 million dollar state grant program designed to help fund 48 state municipalities effort to fight blight within their communities. The funding program, called Zombies 2.0, will provide money for codes enforcement, the monitoring of vacant properties and help provide legal resources to ensure that banks and lenders comply with state and local laws.
