ONEONTA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — Three people have been arrested and one person has been sent to the hospital after a fight in Oneonta over the weekend.

New York State Police were dispatched to the Lantern Hill Trailer Park on State Highway 23 in the town of Oneonta on Friday, October 28. An investigation found that four people — 25-year-old La-Tee Baker, 21-year-old Bryanna Patterson and 23-year-old Bethany Brown, all of Oneonta — were involved in a fight.

Further investigation found that during the altercation, Brown struck Patterson causing injuries to Patterson. Patterson then grabbed and struck Brown, while Baker threw Brown to the ground. Both Patterson and Baker’s actions caused injuries to Brown. They were then transported to A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta by friends to receive medical attention.

Shortly after the incident, New York State Police located Baker and Patterson walking down State Highway 23 and were subsequently arrested. Brown was also arrested after her release from the hospital.

All three people were charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Baker and Patterson were issued appearance tickets to Oneonta Town Court on Tuesday, November 21. Brown was issued an appearance ticket to Oneonta Town Court on Tuesday, December 5.
