MARCY, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit is seeking public assistance in a burglary investigation for an incident that occurred in the Town of Marcy.

Around 8:40 pm on Sunday, January 9^th, a 2006 Caterpillar Skid Steer was loaded onto a trailer being towed by a white Ford panel van and stolen. The vehicle was last seen heading eastbound on River Road towards the City of Utica.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have information about what happened and/or who may have seen the van and stolen skid steer, to contact Investigator M. Van Namee at 315-765-2219. All calls will be kept confidential.
