SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy, breezy and chilly with scattered rain or snow showers. Minor slushy snow accumulation over higher elevations. High: 42. Wind: W 15-25 mph.
MONDAY: Bright sunshine, but colder. High: 38.
TUESDAY: Increasing clouds, but dry through the morning into early afternoon. Light rain and wet snow showers by late afternoon changing to all rain by late in the evening. Breezy and not quite as cold as temperatures slowly rise. High: 43.
WEDNESDAY: Breezy and turning colder through the day with scattered rain or snow showers locally. Heavy snow developing up north and over far southwest NYS through the late afternoon and evening. High: Near 40. Temperatures falling into the 30s in the afternoon.
