WORCESTER, NY (WUTR-TV) — Three teenagers and one adult have been indicted for murder and other charges in the October death of a Worcester man.
Otsego County District Attorney John Muehl says 32-year-old Nicolas Meridy, and teens Dylan Robinson, Anias Soto and Alexander Borgreen were indicted by a grand jury on the following charges.
- Second-degree murder
- First-degree burglary
- First-degree attempted robbery
Dylan Robinson is the son of the victim, 53-year-old Kenneth Robinson, who was found dead in his Head Road home on Oct. 10.
New York State Police said Robinson suffered multiple gun shot wounds.
On Wednesday, Muehl said arraignment dates have not been scheduled for those indicted.
