The Whitesboro girls’ lacrosse team gave it all that they could, but in the end it wasn’t enough. Despite a five point night from Madison Davis the Lady Warriors fell to Carthage 12-9. Madison Leary had seven saves in the loss. Lady Warriors are now set to host Watertown IHC come Saturday (04/01).

Meanwhile Comets forward Derek Hulak has been recognized for his efforts off the ice. Today he was named the Comets IOA/American Specialty AHL Man of the Year. The award honors those who go above and beyond in their communities.

Finally, this summer the Vancouver Canucks are set to make NHL history, and we’ll just leave it at that.
