Developing Utica’s Harbor

Bulkhead Work Nearly Complete, Road Work Starts In Spring

Utica’s Harbor Point Project is still in the process of having work done to it. We are talking about a $6.7 million project. Around 75% of the new bulkheads, also known as harbor walls, have been installed.

The original bulkheads were constructed in 1915.

The Original Harbor Building will be moved in the coming weeks.

To finish the walls, the original building will be kept with just a few renovations planned.

In addition, the development corporation is looking at installing a road.
