D’Avolio Heads To Trial: 12 Jurors Selected


CITY OF UTICA, N.Y. (WUTR-TV) — Trial began today for Jason D’Avolio, the Rome man charged with killing and disposing of his wife’s body last summer.

Court began with jury selection. 12 jurors were selected and one alternate was chosen. 3 more alternates are still in the process of being picked. The Oneida County District Attorney’s office tells eyewitness news that opening statements will begin tomorrow, October 20th at 2 p.m.
