ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. (WUTR-TV) — The Clinton Central School District has confirmed four positive cases of COVID-19, 2 students and two teachers. Superintendent Steve Grimm released a statement and said they’re working closely with the Oneida County Health Department for contact tracing.
Due to the high numbers of teachers ordered to quarantine, the middle school has shifted to remote learning from today until Friday the 16th.
They say this was not done for safety concerns, it’s because they do not have enough teachers available for in-person classes. Right now they’re working on bringing in enough substitutes to help out next week.
