Update: Feburary 2nd, 2021 (WUTRN/WFVX/WPNY-TV)– Due to tonight’s forecast and the need for safe passage of DPW apparatus’ and emergency service vehicles, Mayor Robert Palmieri has declared a Snow Emergency that will go into effect at 10:00 tonight, Tuesday, February 2nd.

All vehicles must be removed from city streets by 10:00 tonight with no exceptions.

Any vehicles left on city streets after 10:00 tonight are subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense. The Snow Emergency will remain in effect until 8:00am tomorrow, Wednesday 3rd
