BURLINGTON FLATS, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — A Burlington Flats man was indicted on numerous sexual misconduct charges by an Otsego County Grand Jury and was arrested by New York State Police on Monday, October 30.

The initial report was made to New York State Troopers in 2019. An investigation was subsequently initiated by State Police investigators and the Otsego County District Attorney’s Office. Their investigation found that the suspect — 40-year-old Cory Kujawski of Burlington Flats — had inappropriate sexual contact with a child under the age of 13 on several occasions.

After a warrant was issued for his arrest, police with the New York State Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Kujawski without incident. He is currently being charged with:

  • Three counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against A Child, a Class A-II Felony,
  • Two counts of first-degree Course of Sexual Conduct Against A Child, a Class B Felony, and
  • one count of first-degree Criminal Sexual Act, a Class D Violent Felony.

Kujawski was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. He was referred to the Otsego County Probation Department.
