Brandon Clark, the man accused of killing Bianca Devins last summer, was in Oneida County Court Monday morning, being arraigned on new charges leveled against him.
Clark pleaded not guilty, Monday morning, of First Degree Promoting Prison Contraband. The new charge against Clark will be presented to the Oneida County Grand Jury.
CORRECTION: In court, it was presented that Clark allegedly possessed a sharpened toothbrush. No accusation was made of a threat or attempt to use the sharpened toothbrush against anyone.
Clark is facing Second Degree Murder charges related to the stabbing of Utica teenager Bianca Devins in July, 2019. His trial on those charges are scheduled for next month.
