'Brakes For Babies' Fundraiser Hits Close To Home For Taberg Family_-9218021313017001378

An area business owner is paying it forward to the March Of Dimes, the agency he says saved his daughter’s life 2 years ago. Savannah Daniels was born weighing 3 pounds 6 ounces, but because of research her parents say is made possible by the March Of Dimes, she survived and is living happy and healthy today.

Savannah’s father owns Dan’s Auto Service in Taberg. He says he wanted to give back to the agency that gave him so much. That’s why he’s launched ‘Brakes For Babies,’ a month-long campaign at his auto shop.

“Without March Of Dimes, she probably would not be here and we want to give back, and we felt brakes are a necessary thing most vehicles need from time to time. And what better way to get new customers into the shop, help our business, help the community, save some great money and help out a great cause,” says Marc Daniels, owner of Dan’s Auto Service.

Dan’s Auto Service will be giving free brake inspections all month long. If you do need brake replacements, you will get free front and/or rear pads or shoes with a lifetime warranty. They’ll donate 10% of break replacement sales to the March of Dimes. For more information, call Dan’s Auto Service at 315-337-7090
