The Village of Frankfort Police Department has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating an alleged child abduction that occurred near West Main Street in Village of Frankfort around 2:21 p.m. on April 22.

On April 22, the Herkimer County Department of Social Services filed a petition to have 27-year-old Alicia Seelbach’s custodial rights suspended.

Her two children are 3-year-old Mariah Seelbach and 1-year-old Jordan Lints.

Seelbach may be in the company of Jordan Lints, 25.

They have familial ties to Herkimer County and the City of Utica.

Jordan Lints II is approximately 1 year and 9 months old with brown hair and brown eyes.

Mariah Seelbach is approximately 3 years old with brown hair and green eyes.

One suspect, Seelbach, is a white female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 115 pounds.

The other suspect, Jordan Lints, is a black male black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs about 203 pounds.

Police say that the children are in imminent danger.
