Albany Cop Pleads Guilty To New Charge

Christofer Kitto was charged with driving while ability impaired, otherwise known as DWAI. In general, this charge is lesser than patronizing a prostitute, but Oneida County District Attorney Scott McNamara says it isn’t for this case.
Currently, Christofer Kitto is being charged with a DWAI, which has an additional $500 fine, and a 90 day license suspension.
One of the reasons behind Oneida County District Attorney dropping the patronizing a prostitue charge is due to the potential legalization of prostitution which would mean Kitto could avoid conviction entirely.
