Additional senior housing at Masonic Care Community


Unveiled Phase One, set to be complete summer 2020

UTICA, N.Y. (WUTR-TV) — On Friday, the Masonic Care Community unveiled Phase One of its 18 million dollar construction project to add more senior housing options to the Mohawk Valley. The Neighborhoods as Acacia Village will add Waterside Cottages and Garden Town Homes.

Executive Director of the Masonic Care Community Rob Raffle is proud that the organization can invest at this level in our community. “This shows the commitment that has spanned 127 years,” Raffle said.

Construction of the additional homes is expected to be completed of late summer 2020. There are a total of three phases.
