Oneida County ends the use of J&J Vaccine at PODS and Homebound Appointments

ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY-TV)– The Oneida County Office of the Executive is reporting that in accourdance with CDC and FDA recommendations, they will no longer be using the Johnson & Johnson vaccine at any of their PODS and/or any hmebound appointments.

The Moderna doses will be used at today’s (April 13) POD at the Parkway Recreation Center in Utica and for all homebound vaccination appointments.

The Parkway Recreation Center POD is NOT canceled. All appointments will be honored with Moderna doses.
