Shelby Pay joins the Eyewitness News team from Hartford, Connecticut. She graduated from Roger Williams University in 2018 with a degree in Journalism.
While at RWU, Shelby was a member of The Society of Professional Journalists, completed an internship with WHDH 7News, and gained broadcast experience as an On-Air Talent with the RI lottery.
