Tickets to see President Obama at Syracuse's Henninger HS available at noon

Tickets will be distributed starting at noon on Tuesday at Sunnycrest Ice Rink at 698 Robinson St. in Syracuse.

The president is expected to speak at 6 p.m. on Thursday and the event is free for the public.

There are a limited number of tickets, and they will be distributed one per person, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Doors will open at 3 p.m. on Thursday for those who have tickets to the event at Henninger High School.

The White House says that for security reasons, people attending can not bring bags and should limit personal items. No signs or banners are permitted and all attendees will go through airport-like security.
