On Point for College in Utica announced its new location today.
The organization also received a generous donation.
They received twenty-five thousand dollars from AT&T at the event towards their program.
On-point helps at risk youth get into colleges and earn a diploma.
"We have outgrown our other location and we've moved to our other location which is at the Plymouth Bethesda Church. We have more space and our hoping to put hundreds of additional students into colleges,” says Executive Director Ginny Donahue.
"Well when I look back I can just say On Point is the reason I'm here. I didn't know where to go, or who to go
to. When I found about on point I was very relieved,” says freshman college student Canlyca Lieu.
More than two hundred and fifty students are enrolled in the program right now.
