He earned the rank of Air Force-Senior Master Sergeant.&nbsp; <p dir="LTR">Don was born on this date, April 15th, 1932.</p> <p dir="LTR">In 1952, he married the love of his life for the next 58 years, Melvina. They eventually settled in the tiny, but very historic, Village of Oriskany, where Don has served as mayor since 1989. Prior to his days as Mayor, Don served as a village trustee. </p> <p dir="LTR">He spends his spare time with his four sons and more than two dozen grandchildren and great grandchildren.
